No matter what you do, people think you’re cool

Posted by amanda under Blogging, Tater

It seems Tater is becoming somewhat of a celebrity.  I posted this video of him grooving to the infectious hit, Low by Flo-Rida, a couple of months ago.  Since putting it up on YouTube, I’ve had several comments from random people about the cuteness of it all.  The most recent comment was posted today and when I went to read it, I noticed that the video itself has had more than 4,000 views!  Why can’t I get that kind of traffic on this site??

YouTube also provides a list of the links that people have clicked on to find the video and one of them was here.  I followed the link and sure enough, there was my boy gettin’ funky on some website I have never heard of.  Pretty soon Tater will be married to Britney Spears, dating Paris Hilton on the side, and crashing a $200K automobile every other week.

Of course, taking the good with the bad, there is one comment on YouTube that even through the horrible misspelling of a very simple word, I understood.  The comment says “that’s stoped” which I can only assume is supposed to be “stupid”.  I think that commenter was married to Britney Spears.  The only thing the comment was missing were some misplaced commas and several exclamation points.

It’s pretty nice, you know, the validation of it all.  Like I’ve been screaming for nearly four years how adorable Tater is and now….the internet (save for that one bloke who is probably an English major) actually agrees!  My work here is done, can I retire now?

Is it bad that I still like the video of the caged beast in the middle better?!

When he’s all famous and forgets about me I can say, remember when you were three and pulled down your pants to show me your butterfly tattoo!
